DingTalk’s platform and its low-code developing tools enable enterprises to develop technical architecture and solutions in an inclusive, customized, and cost-efficient manner. As of the end of 2023, DingTalk completed a comprehensive transformation through integration with Alibaba’s large language model Qwen to upgrade its 20-plus product lines and 80-plus application use cases. According to QuestMobile, DingTalk is the largest business efficiency mobile app in China by monthly active users in March 2024.
